RCUH Non-Civil Service position with the University of Hawai‘i Marine Center (UHMC), located at Pier 35 in Honolulu Harbor, Oahu, Hawai‘i. Note: No requirement to live in Hawaii, travel is arranged to and from vessel by UHMC.

2nd Assistant Engineer:  2nd Assistant Engineer – Motor Propelled Vessels License – Unlimited, Officer in Charge of an Engineering Watch (OICEW), USCG STCW Medical Certificate. Current MMC and required STCW documentation of training and validity for licenses. Valid TWIC and US Passport required. Ability to pass pre-employment drug test or hold current drug testing verification letter. Must be US citizen.
