Hi Dave,

Hope all is well.  I need a Captain in Guam.  The person requires a USCG Master license with a 200 GRT and Near Coastal certification.

The starting pay is $99K/year with a $5K reimbursable relocation allowance.  You will receive sea pay in addition to your base pay.  This is a five year contract, so the person needs to move to Guam during the five years.
