This course provides instruction to both maintainers and operations in all aspects of general operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and corrective maintenance for the 7M Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB).
 
Addressing internal and external engine, propulsion configuration for the 7M RHIB.  This course provides the responsible command personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate and maintain the systems at the O-Level with minimum I-Level or D-Level assistance.  Allowing Engine ratings mariners to learn and practice the maintenance tasks for 7M RHIB and its components, including maintenance of the Steyr Engine and Mercury Stern Drive.
