We accept the GI Bill at our Norfolk, VA campus.

To use your benefits, you will need to complete the following steps:

1. Go to VA’s website and follow instructions and prompts. How To Apply For The GI Bill And Related Benefits | Veterans Affairs
2. Wait for VA to process your application and notify you of its decisions your eligibility for educational benefits.  You should receive Certificate of Eligibility (COE) in approximately 30 days depending on VA’s backlog.
3. Once you receive your COE, bring it to maritime Institute GI Bill certifying official located at 5301 Robin Hood Road Suite 100 Norfolk, VA 23513
