Ocean going and near coastal tug company operating primarily on the Eastern Seaboard and Gulf regions seeks all deck positions.

The company does just about anything towing related and has a strong variety of work with a blend of boats on long term contracts and spot work. Currently they have 16 boats in the fleet engaged in:

• Bulk Barges of all sizes
• Oil Barges of all sizes
• Dredge Support (towing scows, tending dredges, working with pipelines)
• Marine Construction and Support – Bridges, environmental projects, etc
• Offshore Wind and Energy
• Marine Salvage – we have been involved in Evergreen ship in Baltimore, Golden Ray in Brunswick and the Dali in Baltimore amongst many others
• Dead Ship Tows

License requirements for the wheelhouse are 200GT NC < and AB special or above. Wire experience is a plus.

Pay scale below. All are BOE.

• OS: $200-$275
• AB: $300-$375
• Mate: $500-$675
• Master: $700-$750

Other items of note:

• The schedule is typically 4/4 or 6/3
• Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, etc
• All travel to and from vessel paid for
• Starlink on 75% of fleet, and scheduling the rest
• Unlimited food budget
