Edgar Filio – Edgar joined MI in 2023 after having worked in Emergency Medical Services {EMS} and Fire Services for over 35 years.  He is a Certified Fire Investigator (CFI) and was part of the San Diego City Metro Arson Strike Team for over 14 years.
