Captain Kixon B. Meyer is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Chief Warrant Officer 3 (Bosun) with more than 40 years of experience in the marine industry and has over 270,000 documented sea miles. Recently he retired as Master of the multi-mission (primarily surface salvage operations) Army Corps of Engineers’ vessel John A.B. DILLARD. Kixon maintains a Coast Guard Master 1600 Ton License (5th issue) and graduate of University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (w/Honors).
