Leanne joined Maritime Institute in October 2023 as the Student Services Associate at our Everett, WA location. Originally from Ridgecrest, CA, Leanne brings a unique blend of marketing experience and passion for administrative work to her role. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Azusa Pacific University, she spent five years in recruitment marketing, where she honed her skills in graphic design and strategic communications.

In 2021, Leanne made the move to the greater Seattle area, and a couple years later, decided to pivot her career toward a more administrative-focused role, leading her to Maritime Institute. She enjoys getting to chat with mariners all day, while keeping the administrative work in order, ensuring smooth operations for students and staff alike.

Outside of work, Leanne enjoys puzzles and crafts, spending time on the lake, and relaxing at home with her husband and daughter.
