Melody Elliott-Pace joined the Maritime Institute as a Student Services Associate at the Norfolk, Virginia location in May 2025. With over 25 years of experience in credit and legal collections, she has supervised several collections representatives and ensured adherence to legal collection guidelines while maintaining productivity. Melody has been enjoying her career transition into student services and is excited to apply her extensive professional experience to support and guide students.

 

Melody was born and raised in Norfolk, VA.  Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, event planning, and spending time with her family.
