Tiffani joined Maritime Institute as a Student Services Associate and was promoted to Student Services Manager – West in September 2023. With over 12 years of administrative experience and 16 years in customer service, she brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to supporting students in their educational journeys.
Born in San Diego, CA, and later relocating to Phoenix, AZ, Tiffani earned her Cosmetology license and an Associate’s degree in Communications from the University of Phoenix. During her time in Arizona, she worked in the Veteran Affairs department, helping students navigate the process of enrolling using their VA educational benefits. After moving back to San Diego in 2009, she continued her career with Apple, Inc., and later transitioned to the administrative department of Conference Event Planning.
In her role at Maritime Institute, Tiffani leverages her diverse background to effectively manage student services and provide a positive experience for all students. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband and two wonderful daughters. In her free time, Tiffani enjoys visiting amusement parks, listening to music, dancing, spending time at the beach, and indulging in a little shopping.
