Good news!  The USCG has extended the renewal grace period from one year to SIX!  This means that if your license expired after June 2018 and you did not renew, you can renew your license without retaking the original licensure courses or exams.*

*Standard STCW renewal courses still apply.  Open book exams still apply for mariners renewing without sea time.   Read the Bulletin
