Course Description

A trainee successfully completing the training will be able to:

Organize the safe movement of vehicles and passengers when embarking and disembarking.
Control all elements of cargo safety and hull integrity.
Monitor and control atmosphere in Ro-Ro cargo spaces.
Organize shipboard emergency procedures.
Optimize use of resources.
Control response to emergencies.
Control passengers and other personnel during emergency situations.
Establish and maintain effective communications.
2. Passenger ships other than Ro-Ro passenger ships
A trainee successfully completing the training will be able to:

Training Certificate of Completion

Any applicant who has successfully completed your Crisis Management & Human Behavior (MARINS-138) course will satisfy: The Crisis Management & Human Behavior training requirements of 46 CFR 11.1105(a)(1)(iii); AND The Crisis Management & Human Behavior training requirements of STCW Code Section A-V/2 paragraphs 4 and 5, as amended 2010; AND the Crisis Management & Human Behavior standards of competence required by STCW Code Section A-V/2 paragraphs 4 and 5 and Table A-V/2-2, as amended 2010.
